Product Manager

We build a small number of products and try to get them right. We're looking for a product manager to own what happens next in Gram Fit: talking to users, deciding what earns a place on the roadmap, cutting scope honestly, and measuring whether a release actually helped rather than assuming it did.

What you'll do

• Own the roadmap for a product area and the reasoning behind it.
• Talk to users regularly and turn what you hear into specific, buildable decisions.
• Write clear specs, cut scope when it is the right call, and say no with reasons.
• Define what success looks like before launch, then check it honestly afterwards.
• Work day to day with design and engineering. This is a hands-on role, not a hand-off one.

What we look for

• Evidence you have shipped consumer product and learned from what happened.
• Comfort with data: you can frame a question, read the numbers, and admit a miss.
• Clear writing: most product decisions here are made in prose, not slides.
• Willingness to do unglamorous work in a small team.
• A plus: health, fitness, or subscription consumer app experience.
