Privacy Policy
This policy covers the nikolabs.ai website. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, which you can find in the app and on its store listing.
Who we are
nikolabs.ai is run by NIKO LABS PTE LTD, a company registered in Singapore at 1 Raffles Place, #34-04, One Raffles Place, Singapore 048616. We are responsible for the personal information described here. You can reach our Data Protection Officer at dpo@nikolabs.ai.
What we collect
You can browse nikolabs.ai without giving us any personal information. We only receive information about you when you choose to send it:
- Contact form: your name, email address, the subject and your message.
- Careers form (job applications): your name, email address, any links you share, what you are interested in, your message, and your CV.
We do not ask for sensitive information. Please do not include it in a message or CV unless it is relevant to your application.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider also processes standard technical information that every website receives, such as your IP address, browser and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. If something on a page goes wrong, we record a technical error report (for example the page, browser and error) so we can fix it.
We do not use analytics or advertising tools, and we do not create user accounts. See our Cookie Policy.
How we use it
- To reply to your message.
- To assess your job application and contact you about it.
- To keep the website running and secure.
We do not use this information for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone other than the service providers listed below.
Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and in assessing candidates for roles we are hiring for, and in keeping the website secure.
Who processes it for us
- Resend delivers form submissions, including any CV you attach, by email to our company mailbox.
- Cloudflare hosts the website.
- Sentry records technical error reports.
These providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Messages and job applications are kept in our company mailbox for as long as we need them to reply to you or to consider your application, and are then deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, email dpo@nikolabs.ai. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority, which in Singapore is the Personal Data Protection Commission.
Children
nikolabs.ai is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the "Last updated" date above.
