UX Designer

Our products only work if people keep using them, and that is a design problem more than a feature problem. We're looking for a UX designer to own flows end to end in Gram Fit and the products after it: the happy path, the empty states, the error states, and the small decisions that decide whether a habit survives week two.

What you'll do

  • Own flows end to end: research, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and handoff.
  • Design the unglamorous states too: empty, loading, error, offline, first run.
  • Work directly with engineering; you will see your designs shipped, not filed.
  • Keep and extend the design system rather than inventing per screen.
  • Watch real people use the app and change your mind when they struggle.

What we look for

  • A portfolio showing flows and reasoning, not just finished screens.
  • Strong craft in a modern design tool and comfort with responsive, mobile-first work.
  • An eye for restraint. Our brand is monochrome and calm, and less usually wins.
  • Comfort owning decisions in a small team without waiting for a committee.
  • A plus: experience with health, fitness, or habit-forming consumer products.

How to apply

Use the form below; it takes a few minutes. Send a portfolio with two or three flows and a few lines about what you'd want to work on here, plus your CV.

Two or three flows you designed, with the thinking behind them. Process matters more to us than polished dribbble shots.
